Accounting and Financial Services
Akman Management is committed to providing the following accounting and financial management services:
Management of all account receivables and payables; preparation of annual budgets and monthly statements of income and expenses; management of surplus monies to maximize interest income; providing financial information; and assistance to independent auditors for preparation of annual financial statements. We are also able to provide accounting expertise in other areas, specifically in formulating agreements for commercial space held within a condominium corporation and in mixed-use residential/commercial complexes.

The Akman Management team of property managers, administrators and accounting staff bring over 100 years of combined experience to the properties under our management.
Company president, Daniel Akman, has been with the company since 1972 and has applied his experience in all facets of real estate development, financing, and construction in building Akman Management into one of Winnipeg's most successful and well-respected property management firms. He has been greatly assisted in this undertaking by our property management team leader, Edie Lipson, CPM, CMOC, CMR, FCCI since she joined the company in 1975.
